A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A
CONTRACT TO CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
& MAINTENANCE, INC., FOR PAINTING
SIGNAL POLES AND STREET LIGHT POLES
AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS FOR THE PUBLIC
WORKS TRAFFIC ENGINEERING DIVISION.

WHEREAS, this project will paint traffic signal poles and
street light poles at various locations in the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
and award a contract to.Construction Management & Maintenance
Inc., the low bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to
exceed $89,375 ($81,250 plus 10% contingency) for painting
traffic signal poles and street light poles at various locations
for the Public Works Traffic Engineering Division.
SECTION 2. Funds are available for this purpose in account
number 200 - 220 - 2360 -6081.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
