A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A
CONTRACT TO CAPITAL FORD NEW HOLLAND
FOR THE PURCHASE OF TWO BACKHOES FOR
THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager - is authorized to accept bids
and award a contract to Capital Ford New Holland of North Little
Rock, Arkansas, the low bidder meeting specifications, in an.
amount not to exceed $79,806 for the purchase of two (2)
backhoes for the Public Works Department.
SECTION 2. Funds are available for these purchases in
account number 600 - 360 - 6020 -7060 and 200 - 220 - 2200 -7040.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
