A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A
CONTRACT TO WANG LABORATORIES, INC.,
FOR THE PURCHASE OF 16 COMPUTERS AND
PRINTERS FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF
HOUSING AND NEIGHBORHOOD PROGRAMS.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
and award a contract to Wang of Billerica, Massachusetts, the
low bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed
$43,499 for the purchase of sixteen (16) computers and printers
for the Department of Housing and Neighborhood Programs.
SECTION 2. Funds are available for this purchase in account
number 100 -216- 1540 -7120.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
