9822RESOLUTION NO. 9,822 A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION TO ABANDON A PORTION OF RIGHT -OF -WAY OF COMMERCE STREET IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 25th day of October, 1996, asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon a portion of right -of -way described as follows: That portion of Commerce Street north of East Markham Street, between East Markham Street and the Union Pacific Railroad right -of- way subject, however, to an easement for public utilities, drainage and access. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. The hearing on said Petition shall be held at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 19th day of November, 1996. SECTION 2.
