AN RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO AWARD A CONTRACT FOR
THE DEMOLITION OF VACANT AND CONDEMNED STRUCTURES; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Competitive bids have been received to demolish and remove twenty-
seven condemned structures located throughout the City: and
WHEREAS, Lafferty Hauling Service of Little Rock submitted the lowest bid on
twelve of these structures for a total amount of $27,024.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to award a contract to Lafferty
Hauling Service not to exceed $27,024 for the demolition and removal of the twelve
structures.
