RESOLUTION NO. 9,776
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY 5 18
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT
WITH E.T.C. ENGINEERS, INC., FOR
ENGINEERING CONSULTANT SERVICES FOR
THE DEVELOPMENT OF REMNEL PARR.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a
contract with E.T.C. Engineers, Inc., the low bidder meeting
specifications, in an amount not to exceed $43,771 for the
development of Remmel Park.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available from the
1995 Capital Improvement Bond Fund in Special Account number
303 -230 -0408.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
