A RESOLUTION RESCINDING THE LITTLE ROCK
PLANNING COMMISSION'S ACTION IN APPROVING
A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A MONTESSORI
PRE- SCHOOL /ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TO BE
LOCATED AT 14104 TAYLOR LOOP ROAD. (Z -6097)
WHEREAS, an application was filed, by James and Debra
Evans, with the Little Rock Planning Commission for a
conditional use permit to allow for the construction of a
Montessori Pre - School /Elementary School on the "R -2" zoned
property located at 14104 Taylor Loop Road, and,
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission, at its
March 14, 1996 meeting, approved the application with
certain conditions and restrictions; and,
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Board of Directors has
determined that action to be inappropriate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
Section 1. The action of the Little Rock Planning
Commission in approving an application for a conditional use
permit to allow for the construction of a Montessori Pre -
School /Elementary School to be located at 14104 Taylor Loop
Road is hereby rescinded.
Section 2. Said conditional use permit application is
hereby denied.
Section 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
