A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A
CONTRACT TO CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
& MAINTENANCE COMPANY FOR PAINTING
SIGNAL POLES FOR THE PUBLIC WORKS
DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, this project will paint traffic signal poles at
various locations in the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept .bids
and award a contract to Construction Management & Maintenance
Company of North Little Rock, Arkansas, the low bidder meeting
specifications in an amount not to exceed $24,365 ($22,150 plus
10% contingency) for painting signal poles for the Public Works
Department.
SECTION 2. Funds are available for this purpose in account
number 200- 220 - 2360 -6081.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
