A RESOLUTION TO SET A PUBLIC HEARING
FOR APRIL 2, 1996, ON THE PROPOSED
AN MIUMT TO THE 1995 CONSOLIDATED
PLAN TO ISSUE A SECTION 108 LOAN FOR
REHABILITATION OF 1UU41ER SCHOOL.
WHEREAS, the 1995 Consolidated Plan was approved by the
Board of Directors in May, 1995; and
WHEREAS, management has requested an amendment to the
Consolidated Plan which requires a public hearing and a thirty
(30) day comment period prior to submission to HUD for approval;
and
WHEREAS, the Consolidated Planning Committee has reviewed
the proposed amendment and recommends issuance of the Section
108 loan to rehabilitate Kramer School contingent on CDBG funds
not being used for repayment of the loan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION .1. That the Board of Directors of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas shall hold a public hearing on April 2,
1996, regarding the proposal to amend the 1995 Consolidated Plan
to issue a Section 108 loan in the amount of $830,000 for
rehabilitation of Kramer School.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
