RESOLUTION NO. 9.640
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A
CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF MOWING
EQUIPMENT FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF
PARRS AND RECREATION.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
and award a contract to Capital Ford New Holland of North Little
Rock, Arkansas, the low bidder meeting specifications, in an
amount not to exceed $38,300 for four front deck mowers and Golf
Cars of Arkansas, Inc., the low bidder meeting specifications,
in an amount not to exceed $34,465.65 for the purchase of two
(2) golf greens mowers and one (1) four wheel Truckster with
Topdresser for the Department of Parks and Recreation.
SECTION 2. Funds are available for this purpose in account
number 600 - 360 - 6020- 6021 -7060.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
