A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A
CONTRACT TO GOLF CARS OF ARKANSAS,
FOR THE PURCHASE OF 20 ELECTRIC GOLF
CARS FOR THE PARKS AND RECREATION

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a
contract with Golf Cars of Arkansas,' the low bidder meeting
specifications, in an amount not to exceed $47,800 for the
purchase of 20 electric golf cars.
SECTION 2. Funding is available for this purpose in Special
Project account numbers 210 - 230 -03519 and 210- 230 -0319.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
