A RESOLUTION CHANGING THE NAME OF PINE HILL
COURT TO PINE SUMMIT COURT.
WHEREAS, the majority of owners of property abutting Pine
Hill Court have signed a petition requesting that the name of the
street be changed to Pine Summit Court.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The name of Pine Hill Court, located in the Pine
Hill Homes Subdivision, is hereby changed to Pine Summit Court.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and the City Manager is hereby
directed to notify all departments of said change.
