A RESOLUTION APPOINTING KR. ODIES
WILSON AS A COMlIISSIONER FOR
ME1'ROCENTRE IIMPROVEKENT DISTRICT NO.
1 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, Metrocentre Improvement District No. 1 of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, organized pursuant to the authority of
Act 162 of the Acts of the General Assembly of the State of
Arkansas for the year 1973 (OAct 162"'), was created by Little
Rock, Ark., Ordinance No. 12,849 (October 16, 1973); and
WHEREAS, Mr. Richard Mays, who was appointed as a member of
the Board of Commissioners for said District, has resigned as a
Commissioner; and
WHEREAS, Section 1 of said Act 162 provides that vacancies
of Commissioners shall be filled by appointment of the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. It is hereby determined that there exists a
vacancy on the Board of Commissioners of Metrocentre Improvement
District No. 1 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, by virtue
of the resignation therefrom of Mr. Richard Mays, who was
appointed to said office.
SECTION 2. Mr. Odies Wilson, a person meeting the
requirements of said Act 162, is hereby appointed as a member of
the Board of Commissioners of.Metrocentre Improvement District
No. 1 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
