A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY NANAGER TO
ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH JOHN WRIGHT
CONSTRUCTION OF MAUXELLE, ARKANSAS, AS A PART
OF THE SAVE -A -HONE PROJECT AT 3305 WEST 27th
STREET; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, after a competitive bid process pursuant to
requests for proposals to participate in the Save -A -Home Project
for a home located at 3305 West 27th Street, John Wright
Construction Co. of Maumelle, Arkansas, was declared the lowest
responsible and responsive bidder,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a
contract in an amount not to exceed twenty thousand seven
hundred and fifty dollars ($20,750.00) with John Wright
Construction Co. of Maumelle, Arkansas, to participate in the
Save -A -Home project on a home located at 3305 West 27th Street,
Little Rock, Arkansas.
Section 2. Funding for this contract is available in
Account No. 21402.
