RESOLUTION NO. 9.573
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE
REINSTATEMENT OF PHYLLIS HODGES
AND APPOINTING RHONDA ELIZABETH
SHARP TO THE RACIAL AND CULTURAL
DIVERSITY COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, Ms. Phyllis Hodges, (Ward 2) was appointed to
the Racial and Cultural Diversity Commission on September 6,
1994, said term expiring September 6, 1997; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Hodges has missed more than 25% of all
regular meetings in one calendar year or more than 3
consecutive regularly scheduled meetings; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Hodges has submitted her request in
writing to be reinstated to the Racial and Cultural
Diversity Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Board finds that Ms. Hodges should be
reinstated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Ms. Phyllis Hodges (Ward 2) is hereby
reinstated to the Racial and Cultural Diversity Commission
to fill out the remainder of her term.
SECTION 2. Ms. Rhonda Elizabeth Sharp (Ward 7) is
hereby appointed to the Racial and Cultural Diversity

(Ward 7), said term expiring September 6, 1996.
