3 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN
4 PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE LITTLE ROCK PORT
5 INDUSTRIAL PARK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 WHEREAS, Waste Management of Arkansas, Inc., a Delaware
8 corporation (the "Purchaser "), desires to purchase certain
9 property located in the Little Rock Port Industrial Park owned by
10 the City of Little Rock, Arkansas (the "City "); and
11 WHEREAS, the City has been offered the sum of Two Hundred
12 Twenty -Two Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($222,250) for such
13 property and is prepared to sell the property for such price;
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors
15 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
16 Section 1. The Board hereby finds that the proposed sale
17 will secure and develop industry in the Little Rock Port Industrial
18 Park, thereby providing substantial employment and payrolls.
19 Section 2. The sale of the property for the
20 consideration stated is hereby approved, and the Mayor is hereby
21 authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City a
22 Warranty Deed and the appropriate Plat and Bill of Assurance,
23 conveying said property to the Purchaser or its designee, and the
24 City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to attest said
25 instruments and to deliver the same to the Office of the City
26 Attorney for delivery of same to the Purchaser or its designee upon
27 full payment of consideration in the sum of Two Hundred Twenty -Two
28 Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($222,250), payable to the
29 Little Rock Port Authority.

4 conclusive evidence of such approval:

Range it West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, City of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast Corner of the SW 1/4 of the

1022.26 feet along the center line of Frazier Pike;
thence N01412129 "E, 60.00 feet to the Southwest Corner of
Tract D -2 Area 101 (Plat No. B -318 in Pulaski County
Office of Circuit Clerk) Little Rock Port Industrial
Park, the corner being the Point of Beginning; thence
N08413148 11E, 290.36 feet to the Northwest Corner of said
Tract D -2; thence N88947131 "W, 78.44 feet; thence

E -2 Area 101 (Plat No. D -300 in Pulaski County Office of

receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does grant, bargain, sell
