RESOLUTION NO. 9,568
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 9,319,
TO CHANGE THE AISACATION OF OUR CLUB MONIES
FROM HOOVER UNITED METHODIST CHURCH OUR
CLUB SITE TO THE WATERSHED OUR CLUB SITE;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock entered into a contract
with Pulaski County to administer $160,000 for 5 Our Club sites
within the City, and
WHEREAS, one of the Our Club sites, Hoover United Methodist
Church, has received other funding and will no longer require
the use of funds provided by the City, and
WHEREAS, this money could be used at the Watershed Our Club
site for the same purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into an
agreement with.Pulaski County, the administrator of the Our Club
funds, to reallocate the remaining balance of $8,792.75 in the
Hoover United Methodist Church account to Watershed for use as
an Our Club site.
