4 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
5 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, CERTIFYING LOCAL
GOVERNMENT ENDORSEMENT OF ARKANSAS SYSTEMS,
6 INCORPORATED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ARKANSAS
7 ENTERPRISE ZONE PROGRAM.

WHEREAS, the local government must endorse a business

11 or enterprise to participate in the Arkansas Enterprise Zone
12 Program and benefit from the exemptions as provided in the
13
Arkansas Enterprise Zone Program Regulations of 1993; and
14
15 WHEREAS, said endorsement must be made on specific
16 forms available from AIDC; and
17 WHEREAS, Arkansas Systems, Incorporated, located at
18
19 Chenal Parkway and Systems Drive, has been determined by the
20 management of the Enterprise Zone as an appropriate
21 applicant; and
22
23 WHEREAS, Arkansas Systems, Incorporated, has agreed to
24 furnish to management of the Enterprise Zone all necessary
25 information for compliance.

27 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
28 DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
29 SECTION 1. Arkansas Systems, Incorporated, shall be
30
31 endorsed by the City of Little Rock for benefit from the
32 refunds and tax credits as provided in the Arkansas
33 Enterprise Zone Program Regulations of 1993, through June
34
35 30, 1999, including any local City gross receipts and
36 compensating use taxes.

SECTION 2. The Mayor is authorized to sign the
required Certificate of Local Government Endorsement.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its adoption and approval.
