A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN ENGINEERING
SERVICES CONTRACT WITH DCI
CONSULTANTS, INC. FOR THE
PRELIMINARY DESIGN OF THE
RECONSTRUCTION OF 17TH, OAR AND
MAPLE STREETS, A 1988 CAPITAL
WHEREAS, this project will reconstruct existing streets to
a 24 -foot wide pavement with curb and gutter, underground storm
sewer and sidewalks.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into an
engineering services contract with DCI Consultants, Inc., the
most qualified bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not
to exceed $44,462 ($40,420 contract fee plus 10% contingency),
for the preliminary design of the reconstruction of 17th, Oak
and Maple Streets, a 1988 Capital Improvement Bond Project.
SECTION 2. Funds are available for this purpose in account
number 301 - 220 -0061.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
