A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A
CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF BODY
ARMOR FOR THE LITTLE ROCK POLICE
NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
and award a contract to Direct Police Sales of Conway, Arkansas,
the low bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to
exceed $25,487.50 for the purchase of body armor for the Little
Rock Police Department.
SECTION 2. Funds are available for this purpose in account
number 100 - 350 - 5200 -2020.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
