RESOLUTION NO. 9,543
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A BOARD OF ASSESSMENT FOR
TWIN LAKES RECREATION IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, Twin Lakes Recreation Improvement District No.
1 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, has formed its plan
for improvement and has ascertained the approximate cost of
the improvement; and
WHEREAS, a Board of Assessment should be appointed to
assess the benefits to be received by each lot, block and
other subdivision of land within this District by reason of
the proposed local improvement; and
WHEREAS, John Kapp, David Carr and Carl Williams are
electors of the City of Little Rock and are qualified by
training and experience to serve as assessors for the
District and are so willing to serve.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That John Kapp, David Carr and Carl
Williams shall be and are hereby appointed as the Board of
Assessment for Twin Lakes Recreation Improvement District
No. 1 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, to assess the
benefits to be received by each lot, block and other
subdivision of land within this District by reason of the
proposed local improvement.
