NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
and award a contract to 3M of St. Paul, Minnesota, the most
qualified bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to
exceed $40,087.44 for reflective sign sheeting material for the
Department of Public Works - Operations.
SECTION 2. Funds are available for this purpose in account
number 200 - 220 - 2250 -2150.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
