A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE THE
CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A WRECKER
FRANCHISE CONTRACT WITH ROUTH
WRECKER SERVICE FOR A THREE MONTH
PERIOD WITH THE OPTION FOR A ONE
MONTH EXTENSION.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a
contract with Routh Wrecker Service, the low bidder meeting
specifications, in an amount not to exceed $118,260, to provide
wrecker service for a three month period with an option for a
one month extension.
