A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MANAGER
TO PURCHASE PROPERTY, EDP & BOILER
INSURANCE WITH A.J. GALLAGHER; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, as a matter of found fiscal responsibility the
City must purchase boiler insurance, and
WHEREAS, the price offered by A.J. Gallagher was the lowest
responsible and responsive bid,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a
contract for two years with A.J. Gallagher of North Little Rock,
Arkansas, to provide Property, EDP & Boiler Insurance in an
amount not to exceed $61,6940.00. Section 2. Funds for this
contract shall come from Account No. 100 - 010 - 6500 -6033, and as
required as a part of the 1996 or 1997 City budget.
