RESOLUTION NO. 9,460
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE ACCOUNTING FOR PARRS AND
RECREATION DEPARTMENT INCOME.
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Department realized
one -time income from the use of War Memorial Park for a concert
in May, 1995; and
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Department desires to
allocate the income received from the concert to the General Fund
for coverage of operating costs and to the Special Projects Fund
for future improvements to the Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The Finance Department is hereby directed to
allocate the $40,623 proceeds from the Eagles concert as follows:
$24,721 to the General Fund; and $15,902 to the Special Project
Fund (Account Number 210 -230- 0242).
SECTION 2: This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
