RESOLUTION NO. 91449'
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A
CONTRACT FOR REPLACING THE WHEELS ON
THE LANDFILL COMPACTOR FOR THE FLEET
SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
and award a contract to Caron Compactor Company, the low bidder
meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed $40,100 for
replacing the wheels on the City's Landfill Compactor for the
Fleet Services Department.
SECTION 2. Funds are available for this purpose in the
Fleet Services Parts Replacement account.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
