A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A
CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF
COMPUTER HARDWARE FOR THE LITTLE
ROCK POLICE DEPARTMENT.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
and award a contract to Cad Scan of Sherwood, Arkansas, the low
bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed $3,652
for 11 Standalone Microcomputers for the Little Rock Police
Department.
SECTION 2. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
and award a contract to Cad Scan of Sherwood, Arkansas, the low
bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed $1,526
for 4 Laser Jet Printers, 4 Plus, for the Little Rock Police
Department.
SECTION 3. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
and award a contract to Cad Scan of Sherwood, Arkansas, the low
bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed $966
for 7 Laser Jet Printers, 4P, for the Little Rock Police
Department.
SECTION 4. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
and award a contract to Cad Scan of Sherwood, Arkansas, the low
bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed $1,050
for 2 Desk Jet Printers for the Little Rock Police Department.
SECTION 5. Funds are available for these purchases in
account number 100 -350- 5600 - 7120 /SMF- 350 -ORCI -7120.
SECTION 6. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
