A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO
THE ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES, HOUSING
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS & APPEALS, LITTLE ROCK
INFORMATION, COMMUNICATION & ENTERTAINMENT COMMISSION,
LITTLE ROCK SANITARY SEWER COMMITTEE, LITTLE ROCK PORT
AUTHORITY, AND PRIVATE INDUSTRY COUNCIL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons are hereby
appointed or reappointed as members of the respective Boards
and Commissions:
(a) ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES
The following individuals are appointed to four year
terms expiring June 30, 1999:
Mary Manning
Letty McAdams
Charles Dudley
Jack Fleischauer, Jr.
Dr. Alonzo Williams
Replacing:
Richard Bell
George Campbell
Marilynn Porter
Hugh R. Wilbourn,III
Jack Forrest
Mr. William Clark, reappointed to a four year term
expiring June 30, 1999.
Ms. Harriet Stephens, reappointed to a four year term
expiring June 30, 1999.
(b) HOUSING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS AND APPEALS
Mr. Olan Asbury, appointed to a four year term
replacing Nathaniel Saine, said term expiring August 1,
1999.
(c) INFORMATION, COMMUNICATION & ENTERTAINMENT COMMISSION
The following individuals are reappointed to four year
terms expiring May 29, 1999:
Adele Berry
Marsha Camp
William Deloney
Carla Koen
Mr. Dexter Doyne, appointed to a four year term,
replacing Brad Cazort, said term expiring May 29,
1999.
(d) LITTLE ROCK PORT AUTHORITY
Mr. Lee Frazier, reappointed to a five year term
expiring July 6, 2000.
(e) PRIVATE INDUSTRY COUNCIL
Ms. Christine McDonald, appointed to a three year term,
said term expiring May 3, 1998. (Public Assistance
Catagory).
Ms. M'Lissa Gravelle, appointed to a three year term,
replacing Joann Issinghoff, said term expiring May 3,
1998. (Private Sector).
Ms. Shirley Thomas moved to category of Education.
Expiration date remaining at May 3, 1996.
(f) LITTLE ROCK SANITARY SEWER COMMITTEE
Mr. Aaron Davenport, appointed to a four year term,
replacing Mr. George Ivory, said term expiring August
1, 1999.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
