A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 8,316,
TO CHANGE THE COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE CITY'S NON - UNIFORMED
EMPLOYEES' PENSION PLAN ; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The second subsection in Section 10 - FUNDING
AND ADMINISTRATION of the Defined Contribution Pension Plan
shall be amended to read as follows:
s10.2. The Personnel Director, Finance Director, and three
employee plan participants appointed by the City Manager and
having appropriate administrative or financial backgrounds shall
act as Trustees for the administration of the City's Non - uniform
Retirement Plan with authority and responsibility to:
Receive and account for funds of the
plan; transfer funds of the plan within
accounts as deemed necessary; and appoint
a committee or committees to assist in the
administration of the plan.
Action may be taken with the consent of any three of the
above referenced Trustees.
