A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH AMR ARCHITECTS,
INC. FOR DESIGN AND PREPARATION OF
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS OF THE RIVERFRONT
ENTRY PAVILION AND MARKET FACILITY IN THE
AMOUNT OF $100,000 LUMP SUM FEE.
WHEREAS, this was a 1995 Bond Issue project approved by the
voters; and
WHEREAS, a committee was formed to determine a consultant
according to the City's consultant selection process for
Architectural services to the Riverfront Plaza; and
WHEREAS, the committee found AMR Architects, Inc. best
serving the interest of Little Rock's citizens.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter
into a contract with AMR Architects, Inc. for design and
preparation of construction documents of the Riverfront Entry
Pavilion and Market Facility in the amount of $100,000 lump sum
fee.
SECTION 2: Funding for this project is available from the
1995 Bond Issue in account No. 303 - 230 -0391.
