RESOLUTION NO. 9,407
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING THE LITTLE ROCK
PLANNING COMMISSION'S ACTION IN
APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR
AN ADULT BOOKSTORE /ADULT ARCADE TO BE
LOCATED AT 6300 SCOTT HAMILTON ROAD.
WHEREAS, an application was filed with the Little Rock
Planning Commission for a conditional use permit to allow for
the use of the I -2 zoned building and property located at
6300 Scott Hamilton Road as an Adult Bookstore /Adult Arcade;
and
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission, at its
April 4, 1995 meeting, approved the application with certain
conditions and restrictions; and
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Board of Directors has
determined that action to be inappropriate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The action of the Little Rock Planning
Commission in approving an application for a conditional use
permit to allow for the use of the building and property
located at 6300 Scott Hamilton Road as an Adult
Bookstore /Adult Arcade is hereby rescinded.
SECTION 2. Said conditional use permit application is
hereby denied.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
