A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A
CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1)
2 TON STAK:EBED TRUCK WITH DUMP FOR
THE PARKS DEPARTMENT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
and award a contract to Central Ford Center of Little Rock,
Arkansas, the most qualified bidder meeting specifications, in
an amount not to exceed $40,343 for the purchase of one (1) two
ton stakebed truck with dump for the Parks Department.
SECTION 3. Funds are available for these purchases in
account number 600 - 360 - 6020 - 6021 - 7060 -10.
SECTION 4. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
