RESOLUTION NO. 9,400
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A
CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE
FORCE FEED LOADER FOR THE DEPARTMENT
OF PUBLIC WORKS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
and award a contract to Clark Machinery of Little Rock,
Arkansas, the most qualified bidder meeting specifications, in
an amount not to exceed $104,925.28 for one force feed windrow
loader for the Department of Public Works.
SECTION 2. Funds are available for this purpose in account
number 600 - 360 - 6020 -7060.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
