A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN ENGINEERING
SERVICES CONTRACT WITH DEVELOPMENT
CONSULTANTS, INC. (DCI) FOR THE
PRELIMINARY DESIGN OF 29TH STREET
FROM FAIR PARR TO HARRISON, AND
HARRISON STREET FROM 28TH TO 32ND
STREETS, 1988 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
BOND PROTECTS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
and enter into an engineering services contract with Development
Consultants, Inc., of Little Rock, Arkansas, the most qualified
bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed
$29,084 ($26,440 contract fee plus 101 contingency) for the
preliminary design of 29th Street from Fair Park to Harrison,
and Harrison Street from 28th to 32nd Streets as part of the
1988 Capital Improvement Bond Projects.
SECTION 2. Funds are available for this purpose in account
number 301 - 220 -0061.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
