NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
and award a contract to Golf Cars of Arkansas of North Little
Rock, Arkansas, in an amount not to exceed $25,263.84 for the
purchase of two (2) 4 -wheel turf trucksters for the Parks
Department.
SECTION 2. Funds are available for this purpose in account
number 600 - 360- 6020 -7060.
SECTION 3. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
and award a contract to Golf Cars of Arkansas of North Little
Rock, Arkansas, in an amount not to exceed $30,900 for the
purchase of three (3) golf greens mowers for the Parks
Department.
SECTION 4. Funds are available for this purpose in account
number 600 - 360 - 6020 -7060.
SECTION 5. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
