A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ALLOCATE FUNDS FROM THE 1995 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
BOND FUND FOR THE RENOVATION OF TWO FIRE STATIONS.

WHEREAS, Ordinance 16,839 approved the issuance of the 1995 Capital
Improvement Bonds, including $3,450,000 for the purpose of renovating existing fire
stations and to construct the first phase of a new fire fighting training facility; and
WHEREAS, the Fire Department has two fire stations in need of renovation at
this time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to allocate $900,000 for the
remodeling of Fire Station #2. Funds are available for this purpose in account number
303 - 340 -0404.
SECTION 2. The City Manager is also hereby authorized to allocate $900,000
for the remodeling of Fire Station #11. Funds are available for this purpose in account
303 - 340 -0403.
