NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to allocate
$175,000 from the 1995 Capital Improvement Bond for roadway and
parking lot construction in Remmel Park.
SECTION 2. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
and award a contract to Dougan Asphalt of North Little Rock,
Arkansas, the low bidder meeting specifications, in the amount
of $38,233.50 (plus $6,000 contingency for additional tonnage at
the low bid unit price) for curb, gutter and gravel sub -base for
Remmel Park, a 1995 Capital Improvement Bond project.
SECTION 3_ Funding for this project is available from the
1995 Capital Improvement Bond Fund.
