A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND
REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE CITY SAFETY COMMISSION,
HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION, OAKLAND -
FATERNAL CEMETERY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, AND
THE PRIVATE INDUSTRY COUNCIL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons are hereby
appointed or reappointed as members of the respective Boards
and Commissions:
(a) CITY SAFETY COMMISSION
Ms. Linda "Jill Factor, appointed to a three year term
replacing Mr. Keith Madison, said term expiring January
2, 1998.
Mr. Rodger Terrell, appointed to a three year term,
replacing Mr. Jonathan Runnels, said term expiring
January 2, 1998.
(b) HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION
Mr. John Bush, reappointed to a three year term
expiring June 15, 1998.
Ms. Julie Wiedower, reappointed to a three year term
expiring June 15, 1998.
(c) OAKLAND- FATERNAL CEMETERY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
Mr. Jerome H. Hamner, appointed to a three year term
replacing Ms. Jerry Briggs, said term expiring June 1,
1998.
Ms. Elizabeth M. Roper, appointed to a three year term
replacing Mr. George Wittenberg, said term expiring
June 1, 1998.
Ms. Barbara Rogers, appointed to a three year term
replacing Mr. A.J. Wrape, said term expiring June 1,
1998.
(d) PRIVATE INDTRY COUNCIL

Mr. Boyce Pearson, reappointed to a three year term
expiring May 3, 1998. (Private Sector)
Mr. John Riggs, IV, reappointed to a three year term
expiring May 3, 1998. (Private Sector)
Mr. Earnest Edwards, Jr. reappointed to a three year
term expiring May 3, 1998. (Organized Labor)
Mr. Richard Tucker, reappointed to a three year term
expiring May 3, 1998. (Public Employment)
Ms. Carol Green, reappointed to a three year term
expiring May 3, 1998. (Education)
Mr. Paul Latture,Jr. appointed to fill the unexpired
term of Mr. Mickey Anders, said term expires May 3,
1996. (Economic Development)
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
