A RESOLUTION APPOINTING FRED GRAY AS
A COMMISSIONER FOR QUAPAW CENTRAL
BUSINESS D[PROVEKENT DISTRICT NO. 5,
REPLACING MR. ROBERT BAUMGARDNER.

WHEREAS, Quapaw Central Business Improvement District No. 5
(generally South Main Street from 12th to 17th Streets) was
established by Little Rock Ordinance 15,110 (June 3, 1986); and
WHEREAS, Commissioners must be owners of property in the
District or officers or directors of owners of property in the
District; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of Quapaw Central
Business Improvement District No. 5 of Little Rock, Arkansas,
has represented that Commissioner Robert Baumgardner has
resigned and has requested a new appointment and the Board of
Directors desires to appoint Fred Gray as a member of the Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: That Fred Gray is hereby appointed a
Commissioner of Quapaw Central Business Improvement District No.
5 of Little Rock, Arkansas, to succeed Robert Baumgardner, and
he is directed to forthwith take his oath of office and enter
upon his duties as said Commissioner.
SECTION 2: The Board wishes to express it's grateful
appreciation to Robert Baumgardner for his dedicated service to
this Commission.
SECTION 3. This position has been vacant since January,
1994.
