A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXTEND THE CONTRACT WITH
QUALITY SECURITY SERVICES, INC., FOR
ONE YEAR FOR THE FLEET SERVICES
DEPARTMENT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to extend
the contract with Quality Security Services, Inc., in an amount
not to exceed the estimated $35,000 for security services for
the Fleet Services Department.
SECTION 2. Funds are available for this purpose in account
number 600 - 360 - 6000/6020/6040/6081.
