A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD AN
ANNUAL CONTRACT TO SINGLETON
ELECTRICAL COMPANY FOR ELECTRICIAN
SERVICES FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF
GENERAL SERVICES.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
and award an annual contract to Singleton Electrical Company of
Little Rock, Arkansas, the low bidder meeting specifications, in
an amount not to exceed the estimated $60,000 for electrician
services for the Department of General Services.
SECTION 2. This contract is subject to a two year renewal
pending approval by the City Manager.
SECTION 3. Funds are available for this purpose from
various departmental budgets.
SECTION 4. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
