NANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A
CONTRACT FOR DRAINAGE INPROVffi EMS
AT THIRD AND JOHNSON, A CDBG PROJECT
FOR THE DEPART14ENT OF NEIGHBORHOODS
AND PLANNING.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
and award a contract to Joyner, Ford & Burke of Alexander,
Arkansas, the low bidder meeting specifications, in an amount
not to exceed $120,454.45, for drainage improvements at Third
and Johnson, a CDBG project for the Department of Neighborhoods
and Planning.
SECTION 2. Funds are available for this purpose in CDBG
account number 20100 -1.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
