A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT
WITH AMI ENGINEERING TO DESIGN
DRAINAGE IIH?ROVMUUMTS IN THE 8000
BLOCK OF ASCENSION ROAD, A 1995

WHEREAS, inadequate drainage structures cause street
flooding in the 8000 block of Ascension; and
WHEREAS, this project will improve the drainage facilities
between Brandon and Western Hills.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
and award a contract to AMI Engineering, Inc., of Little Rock,
Arkansas, the low bidder meeting specifications, in an amount
not to exceed $71,500 ($65,000 plus lot contingency) to design
drainage improvements in the 8000 block of Ascension.
SECTION 2. Funds will be available from the sale of 1995
Capital Improvement Bonds.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
