A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A
CONTRACT TO JOHN WRIGHT CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY FOR CONSTRUCTION OF AN
AFFORDABLE HOME AT 911 SOUTH LEWIS,
FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF NEIGHBORHOODS
AND PLANNING.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCS, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept
bids and award a contract to John Wright Construction Company in
an amount not to exceed $43,399 for construction of an
affordable home at 911 South Lewis for the Department of
Neighborhoods and Planning.
SECTION 2. Funding is provided by CDBG grant number
B94- MC05004.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
