4 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, CERTIFYING LOCAL GOVERNMENT
5 ENDORSEMENT OF RED OAK HILL, INC. DBA ALDA'S FOREVER
6 SOAP TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ARKANSAS ENTERPRISE ZONE
PROGRAM.

9 WHEREAS, the local government must endorse a business
10 or enterprise to
p participate in the Arkansas Enterprise Zone
11
12 Program and benefit from the exemptions as provided in the
13 Arkansas Enterprise Zone Program Regulations of 1993; and
14 WHEREAS, said endorsement must be made on specific
15
16 forms available from AIDC; and
17 WHEREAS, Red Oak Hill, Inc, dba Alda's Forever Soap,
18 located at 5303 West 33rd Street, has been determined by the
19
20 management of the Enterprise Zone as an appropriate
21 applicant; and
22 WHEREAS, Red Oak Hill, Inc. dba Alda's Forever Soap has
23
24 agreed to furnish to management of the Enterprise Zone all
25 necessary information for compliance.
26 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
27
28 DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
29 SECTION 1. Red Oak Hill, Inc, dba Alda's Forever Soap
30 shall be endorsed by the City of Little Rock for benefit
31
32 from the refunds and tax credits as provided in the Arkansas
33 Enterprise Zone Program Regulations of 1993, through June
34 30, 1999.

SECTION 2. The Mayor is authorized to sign the
required Certificate of Local Government Endorsement.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its adoption and approval.
