A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, CERTIFYING LOCAL GOVERNMENT
ENDORSEMENT OF DASSAULT FALCON JET CORPORATION TO
PARTICIPATE IN THE ARKANSAS ENTERPRISE ZONE PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the local government must endorse a business
or enterprise to participate in the Arkansas Enterprise Zone
Program and benefit from the exemptions as provided in the
Arkansas Enterprise Zone Program Regulations of 1993, and
WHEREAS, said endorsement must be made on specific
forms available from AIDC, and
WHEREAS, Dassault Falcon Jet Corporation, located at
10th and Leonard Streets, has been determined by the
management of the Enterprise Zone as an appropriate
applicant, and
WHEREAS, Dassault Falcon Jet Corporation, has agreed to
furnish to management of the Enterprise Zone all necessary
information for compliance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Dassault Falcon Jet Corporation shall be
endorsed by the City of Little Rock for benefit from the
refunds and tax credits as provided in the Arkansas
Enterprise Zone Program Regulations of 1993, through June
30, 1999.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is authorized to sign the
required Certificate of Local Government Endorsement.

SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its adoption and approval.
