A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH MCCLELLAND
CONSULTING ENGINEERS, INC. FOR DESIGN AND
ENGINEERING SERVICES ON THE JIMERSON CREEK
PEDESTRIAN /BICYCLE BRIDGE AND TO PRESENT TO
THE BOARD THE BALANCE OF THE REBSAMEN PARK
ROAD EXTENSION PROJECT FOR RE- PROGRAMMING.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 9065 adopted January 4, 1994
has expressed willingness of the City of Little Rock to
utilize ISTEA funds; and,
WHEREAS, The City of Little Rock successfully
applied for $275,000 for design and construction of Jimerson
Creek Pedestrian /Bicycle Bridge; and,
WHEREAS, McClelland Consulting Engineers, Inc. and
City staff will prepare plans for construction of the bridge
and trail.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:

authorized to retain $166,125 of account number 301 - 220 -0060
for pedestrian and bicycle trail improvements associated
with the bridge and trail construction and to present to the
Board the balance of this account for reprogramming.
