A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE INSTALLATION
OF FIRE HYDRANTS WITHIN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
FOR THE YEAR 1995; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. During the calendar year 1995, whenever the Chief of the Little Rock
Fire Department shall select locations within the City of Little Rock for fire hydrants deemed
necessary for adequate fire protection for the City of Little Rock and requests the Board of
Water Works Commissioners cf the Little Rock Municipal Water Works to install same, the
said Board of Water Works Commissioners shall have full authority to install said hydrants
and charge rental therefore as hereinafter provided.
SECTION 2. The rates for hydrants installed under this Resolution shall be set forth
in Article V, Sections 501 and 502, of the Trust Indenture dated 1 February 1964, between
the City of Little Rock and Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.
