A RESOLUTION TO BARRICADE OXFORD
VALLEY DRIVE AT LEGION HUT ROAD TO
VEHICULAR TRAFFIC.
WHEREAS, a request was received from the Shiloh Property
Owners Association for a permanent barricade of the east
entrance to the Shiloh Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the purpose of the barricade is to reduce the
occurrence of high speed through traffic and to deter burglaries
which are occurring due to the rear entrance; and
WHEREAS, during a public meeting discussions of the
barricade indicate that police and fire access are not required
through this route.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Oxford Valley Drive at Legion Hut Road is
permanently barricaded to vehicular traffic.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
