A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR HEARING ON A
PETITION TO VACATE A WATERLINE EASEMENT
IN LOTS 4 AND 5, BIXLER COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION AN ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, on the 3rd day of November , 1994 asking the Board of
Directors to vacate a portion of a waterline easement in Lots 4 and 5, Bixler Commercial
Subdivision, an addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the plat of said
Addition now appearing of record in Plat Book A , Page 821 , and in Plat Book E , Page 36
in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing of said petition shall be held at the meeting of the Board of
Directors in the City Hall at 6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 3rd day of _January ,

SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the
manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in the City of
Little Rock.
